Shipping policy



AUSTRALIA

All orders within Australia qualify for free standard shipping.

We use AusPost to deliver Australian orders. 

Express delivery available to the customer at a flat rate of $15

Shipments will be dispatched Monday - Friday and within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

 

SOUTH AFRICA

All orders in South Africa qualify for free shipping. 

We use BobGo for all deliveries in South Africa. You will receive email updates from them as your order leaves the studio. If you need to change your delivery address, you will get the opportunity when you receive your dispatch email.

Please ensure you provide a daytime address between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. 

Every order will receive a tracking number; you can track your parcel on this link (https://track.bobgo.co.za/).

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Once the item has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within 2-4 working days (for main areas in South Africa) and 5-7 working days (for outlying areas in South Africa) unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipments will be dispatched Monday - Friday and within 24 hours of receiving the order. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

Free Shipping available for international orders that meet specific criteria regarding order size and delivery address. This is at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All major countries listed in our header will qualify for free shipping on all orders over $150(AUD).

International orders under $150 will be charged a flat fee of $20 for shipping, automatically added at checkout.

We use a third-party company that utilises Fedex and UPS rates. 

Estimated International Delivery Times:

New Zealand: 2-5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any customs processes.


CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

Found Golf does not have control over any customs duties or import taxes that may be applied when your order reaches its destination country. These additional charges will be the responsibility of the customer placing the order.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders are dispatched from either our Australian or South African warehouse, depending on stock availability.

Free shipping for international orders will be determined based on the size of the order and the delivery address. We reserve the right to assess each order individually.

We are unable to guarantee same-day dispatch during sale or special promotion periods.

In the event of any delays or issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team at everything@found.golf for assistance.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which could cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

When ordering from Found Golf, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
